1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on TradeLogic Pro (including tradelogicpro.com, its subdomains, and associated mobile applications), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue using our services.

2. Account Registration & Security

When creating an account, you agree to provide authentic, accurate, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@tradelogicpro.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of security.

3. Broker API Integration & Cryptographic Credentials

TradeLogic Pro facilitates optional automated broker integrations (such as Fyers, Zerodha, Dhan, etc.) through official developer APIs. When you configure broker API keys or access tokens, they are encrypted client-side and stored securely using AES-256-GCM encryption.

TradeLogic Pro never executes automated live orders, buys, or sells on your behalf. We only request read-only access to your tradebook and position history for journaling analytics. You remain solely responsible for the security and permissions granted on your broker developer accounts.

4. Commercial Subscriptions & Billing

TradeLogic Pro offers free and paid commercial subscription plans (e.g., Free, Pro Trader, Elite Trader). Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual recurring cycle as selected during checkout.

• Pricing & Taxes: All prices displayed in INR or USD include applicable statutory goods and services taxes (GST) unless explicitly noted.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, your entitlements remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property & License

All proprietary algorithms, user interface designs, charts, Monte Carlo simulation engines, icons, logos, and software code on TradeLogic Pro are the exclusive intellectual property of TradeLogic Pro Technologies Pvt Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software strictly for personal or internal trading performance tracking.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeLogic Pro Technologies Pvt Ltd, its founder, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of trading profits, capital loss, broker API downtime, data synchronization inaccuracies, or market slippage arising from your use of the platform.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
